I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is turning off when you unplug the charger.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the exact model of your computer?
What is the operating system you are using?
Is the battery getting detected on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then run a test on the battery following the steps in the below article.
