I have recently bought a HP Pavilion gaming laptop on 06-07-21 from HP Store.
Specification : i5 10th generation processor
8 GB Ram , 4gb Nvidia 1650 ti graphics

Every thing went well in first day.
On second day I observed that in Battery is not giving backup as excepted ( as in Hp online site it is said that it will give 6 hours of backup ).(https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/laptops/personal-laptops/hp-pavilion-gaming-laptop-15-dk1508tx-3k...)
It is lasting 1 Hour 45 minutes for normal usage.
Don't know what to do?
Tryed HP diagnostic tool also.
Help me oit
Need refund or replacement of laptop

Hi@MKrishna21, Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Apologies for all the inconvenience!
We understand that you are not happy with the battery backup.
Gaming notebooks use battery more it gives a maximum battery backup of up 6 hrs on ideal status, Please go through the document introducing Adaptive Battery Optimizer, Designed to Prolong Battery Lifespant Link that might help.
If you still feel that issues with the false promises on the online site are the battery is faulty,
Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

Hi@MKrishna21,`We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
