Beoplay h4 headphones not received

Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have paid for the back to college offer for b&o h4 headphones and it was approved on july 1st but still haven't recieved them.The actual validity period of 2-4 weeks ended on 29th aug. i emailed the support team they asked me for extentions twice i.e. 15 working days on aug 31st and 10 working days on sept 27th. I emailed them again on oct 8th but haven't recieved any reply. 

Kindly do the needed.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
