I don't know anything about computers and the technical aspects of them. I use them for office and business applications.
In saying that, I went to Best Buy, told them I needed a computer that was fast and had storage space.
I ended up with this Omen laptop that shortly wouldn't make updates because there was not enough storage to do so.
I have an external drive to store documents on but it got old fast trying to tote it around and keep plugging it in.
Can I easily upgrade the storage space or do I just have to eat it and get another one.
Also, sorry for the two part question, but what is the "data" drive, why does it only have 7 out of almost 1000 Gb used and can it be accessed and used for the purposes I am seeking?
Thanks
