Omen 15 dc 1042no

Hey there! Yesterday I got my self a new laptop, omen 15 dc 1042no, i5 9300h, gtx 1660, (2x8) ram.
As you all may know gaming laptops batteries don’t last that long, maximum of 3 hours (own experience). So I was wondering (1-what is the best way of charging and using to keep the battery life healthy and long?) The battery is inbuilt so you can’t remove now and then, so (2-how should I use it while charging?) and if it’s fully charged and I’m still using it on charging, (3-what do i do if I want to move it somewhere else?) and (4-what do I do when i want to go to sleep?) like yesterday I was using it and charging, it got to 100% put I kept using it while charging, before I went to sleep I unplugged so now it has 100%,( 5-should I have left it on charging?)

I know it is a lot of questions, but I would be more than grateful for all of your answers<3
