Hello;

I tried to found a solution for my problem and I used all the solutions in the articles and it wasn't work for me.

 

My laptop suddenly stop charging the battery, and When I run the  Hp diagnostic for power it gives me a status (Canceled) which is not listed at all in this guide.

I tried to uninstall the Drives of “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” then install.

 

I tried all these test :

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Have you tried all the Troubleshooting Steps mentioned in the links by @majdijm

 

You could try using a different Browser to open www.hp.com/contacthp/
