Hi @Aram97,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Unlocking advanced BIOS settings on HP laptops like your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15 typically requires extra steps, as HP often restricts access to advanced features for safety and support reasons. However, if you want to explore the advanced BIOS settings, here are some potential approaches.

Standard Method to Enter BIOS

  1. Restart your laptop and press F10 repeatedly as it powers on to enter the BIOS.
  2. Navigate through the available options. If you don’t see advanced settings, they may be locked.

Methods to Unlock Advanced BIOS Settings

If the settings are hidden, you can try the following:

1. Key Combination

  • While in the BIOS (after pressing F10 during startup), try pressing one of the following combinations:
    • Ctrl + F10 and Ctrl + F11
    • Fn + Tab (press three times, then reboot and re-enter BIOS).

2. BIOS Update

  • Check if there's a newer version of the BIOS available for your laptop. Visit the HP Software and Drivers page and search for your model.
  • Updating the BIOS can sometimes unlock additional options or fix bugs.

3. Custom BIOS

  • Flashing a custom BIOS (like from a third-party source) might unlock advanced features, but it is highly risky and may void your warranty or brick your laptop. Proceed only if you are very familiar with BIOS flashing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
