HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1017ur
Microsoft Windows 11

When I start omen gaming hub, it says that I have an old version of bios installed. When I go to the official site with the drivers, the bios tab (which was) disappeared somewhere and I don’t have the opportunity to install a new (or roll back to the old) version of the bios. My bios version is insydeh f.35.

Hi @me732

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

From what I have understood, you are facing BIOS update-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

I would suggest you update the drivers from the HP Support Assistant as it will provide you with the latest drivers available for your system: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3152513-2896757-16

Also, do not worry, if the driver is not showing up on the website. Once the latest version is available on the page, it will automatically show up.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
