Bios automatic update caused my computer to continuously think in the start up screen. I have restarted it over 15 times and the issue persists. It has been over two hours, and I cannot access my work files. I tried to un-installed the updates but the computer rejected it! Please help!!!!

Hi @User0923,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble using the pc after the BIOS update and are not able to uninstall it. Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing.
Let's try a BIOS Restore on the pc this will try to put back the working BIOS on the PC, later you can install the latest BIOS.
BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
