Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cleaned my removable panel on my gaming laptop and when I tried booting up after cleaning it, all I was getting was a blank screen and no boot. The fans are working and an ssd. I have used the troubleshooting page and nothing that was suggested worked. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
