My Screen Turns into Black suddenly and some random Pixel Boxes are been displayed on my screen.  I don't know why.... Please help me to resolve this issueThis is happening  frequently.This is happening frequently.

 I am using Windows 10 64bit (Home) Original

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please check in the BIOS and let me know if you face the same issue

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration page ( BIOS )

 

If the issue persists in BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
