Hi, Omen laptop boots but the screen doesn’t come on at all. Hard boot tried, disconnected battery tried but nothing, nada, not a single photon emitted. Can’t check Bios or update drivers, will not work with external monitors either, oh joy. Any of you lovely people got any advice please? 
Advice to exclude bin, scrap, buy a new one etc.😂

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
