Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
There were no error messages at all. The screen just blacked out and wouldn't turn back on. It wont recieve a charge from the charger that came with it in the box and I know it works.

What is the model number? Are you still under warranty?
You need to contact HP for warranty issues.
Not charging? Most likely you either have a bad battery, or the charger quit working.
If you are not under warranty anymore, can you get into the case and disconnect the battery? Then see if it will run on the AC adapter.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
