I suggest you perform a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality first

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

If all the Tests pass, please perform a Reset. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04758961

The hardware is completely fine.

The reset link you provided is for PC's.

Can reset from going in the settings->update& security->recovery and perform the reset.

Also will the windows 10 will automatically get installed or I have to do something and which version of it will be installed.

You can also perform the reset directly from Windows by going to settings->update& security->recovery and perform the reset.

This will automatically reinstall Windows

This is by definition NOT A SOLUTION!!! This is what is done when all else fails and you've exhausted every other possible means of a solution. I hope you don't give out advice like that often.

I too was suffering from this insane issue. Thankfully, method 1 of following post helped me get rid of this error:

Hope it helps.
