Hello, I am writing to you because since yesterday my pc no longer turns on, I have an omen 17 notebook with i7 and 3080 more I added a second monitor, I bought the pc a little more than a year ago, yesterday I went out for 10 minutes and I left the pc on with the chrome page open on the second monitor, on my return the main monitor was black, the external one worked so I did a normal restart, only the second monitor opened this time again with two edge pages open (no strange sites Only main edge page), tried a forced stop by the button, when both black screens turned on again the bios do not start, only white ignition leds and fans that start normally but nothing visible on the screen, the usb ports working when the pc turns on or at least power what is connected. I tried to disconnect all the usb devices, make a bios reset through wind shift b keys as hp says, tried to disconnect the integrated battery and connect it and make the ram switch, if I start the pc without ram the led of the shift flashes indicating the right cone error that it is, putting everything back in place and restarting but it does not start, only led ignition on and fans, no bios screen or bots and not even errors detected through the led of the shift. I don't know what to do anymore, I've tried them all, do you have anything else to recommend?

It sounds like you've tried a lot already! Have you connected it to an external monitor to see if that works? Sometimes it's just a screen issue. learn more
