Hello,

So I have been having a problem recently that my laptop refuses to charge after doing any games that use more CPU and GPU power than other games. This problem has been happening for a week already and it's really gotten out of hand. I was able to fix this issue temporarily by draining power completely by unplugging the ac power cord and unplugging/replugging the battery inside the bottom cover. I was also able to fix this issue temporarily by reinstalling the updated BIOS found on the HP website of this particular model. Note that I have done this BIOS update 4 times already this week.

Unfortunately, the problem still proceeds when playing a highly power-consuming game and it causes my laptop to have that continuously white blinking light near the ac power port which can only be fixed temporarily by the solution steps I mentioned.

During some research on HP blinking light errors, there is the possibility that in my predicament the continuously light blinking near the AC Power port might be an issue with my 330W power supply and could be causing issues in power charging while a heavily loaded game is running. The issue of not being sure is because sometimes I won't have an issue after doing the temporary fixes and sometimes it won't happen during a heavy game load session.

It somewhat happens on its own and I would like to see if anyone can help me fix this rather it be the power supply causing this or something else.

Thank you and hope to hear from you guys soon.
