Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S7AV)

I keep getting bluescreen error so I took my laptop to a technician for a fix. Both ssd and ram have been replaced but keep on getting error such as ntoskernl.exe and driver irql not less  or equal. Please help me. Thank you
