So I'm stuck in infinite boot loop I can't boot into anything at all, laptop was fine until it froze all of a sudden while I was playing a game, I force shut it down and turned it on, then it happens.
I ran few checks hard drive passed, ram passed.
I don't know what to do.

Hi @aldevora,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
I’m sorry to hear about your laptop being stuck in a boot loop—it can be really frustrating. Let’s dig a little deeper into the issue.
- Did you recently install any new software or updates before the freeze occurred?
- Have you tried booting into Safe Mode or using any recovery options, like Startup Repair or System Restore?
- Are there any specific error messages or codes that appear during the boot loop?
May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hello, sorry I wasn't able to reply.
1 -I can't boot into system repair, safe boot nor system restore.
2- I didn't install any updates before this occurred.
3- for this I have to give a quick recap about what happened.
I was playing cs 2 then my laptop completely froze after I alt tabbed out the game. I tried everything non was working, I force shut down the laptop and turned it on.
Then I got into a boot loop, I tried everything I could possibly try from all the solutions I found online, non worked.
- after that I did a clean up of my laptop all the dust and everything, and changed the thermal paste. when I turned it on I was still stuck in same boot loop, so I did a bios update. but after that I got a blue screen with error " machine check exception".
