Product: Omen 15-en0054tx

My brand new omen out of the box camera is grainy and not sharp. I have tried all sorts of lighting and camera settings and it is rubbish. There is no protective film over lens. Might have been a bad omen to purchase this over

If as you say its really blurry, I would contact HP warranty and put in a claim if you're not satisfied. Or if from a walk in store, take it back for an exchange.

HP built in webcams never were anything to get excited over, but yours might be worse than normal.
