Hello
i’m home few hours after buying brand new omen laptop in order to replace my faulty previous acer and the brand new omen doesn’t start at all....
i plugged it to power, clic on start button. Start button become red for 5 sec then switch off then 2 sec red and nothing happen at all !!!
any idea would be welcome

Because it is a new PC, I recommend to you contact HP for see it is possible to exchange your PC. For France it is this phone number: 09 69 32 04 35.
