[Personal Information Removed]

i got this laptop literally two weeks ago and after the recent bios update two days ago somehow f* ed up my screen brightness control, i tried everything literally everything to fix it but it wont change.
i figured it might be because my system stopped picking up the integrated graphics card and Isnt switching between the nvidia graphics card and the integrated one like it was before but i cant see the option to fix it in bios as well. I got this laptop custom made, with extra hdd and graphics card i paid good money for it. If i have to ship it back i will not be happy with it. And certainly not recommend it to anyone else. This shouldn’t have happened. Can someone please give me a reliable solution how to fix this without shipping it back to hp store please
