Hi,
I have bought a laptop from Currys pc world (UK) which now has a broken hinge and the bezel is coming unglued from the screen (with light use, poor design).
I have 5 months left of extended warranty HP care pack. When trying to contact HP via the app on laptop and I enter UK as purchase location I am directed to Currys pc world support. However, they are saying I have no warranty with them so they will not repair or replace.
Did I waste my money on the HP extended warranty ?
Can I get it repaired through warranty?
If not will HP refund the money I spent on the warranty?
Thx for any advise how to resolve this situation.
