Broken Laptop bezel and A black line

My laptop bezel was broken a couple days ago. I thought it was nothing because I could just hold it up when opening my laptop. But it started getting worse and eventually there was a black line. The longer I was on the laptop the paler the line got. can you help me? do i have to contact someone and pay or can i fix it manually? Please help. THIS THING IS MY SCHOOL LAPTOP AND I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE.
