Product: pavillion gaming laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day..I have the pavilion gaming laptop 15 and that is one of the finest laptops i have ever seen..kudos to you on that....But the display is a bit too fragile,which I am all for....But it raised a issue which I am not sure whether is minor or major....The hinges or more specifically the display vessel(not quite sure about the terminology of the thing which covers the display) came off today,it was stuck with glue I guess.....The laptop is not closing properly now and i am a bit scared......so please help me in this regard..........

It would help if you could tell us the full product number of your computer.

Its located in the HP Support Assistant.

 

Also take a photo and post it so we can see exactly what you are talking about.
