Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion gaming notebook has a charger that, when under load, has begun to make a barely audible buzzing sound. I have contacted the local Office Depot where I had purchased my notebook 2 1/2+ years ago, and they though it may be a manufacturer defect that may have a recall ongoing. Either way I believe I may need a new charger for my HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook, but I may be incorrect.
