i have purchased new latest laptop hp victus , i5 13th gen , CAN I INSTALL WINDOWS 10 AND RUN ON IT. 
i am asking this because so i can get clarify that running windows 10 in my new laptop will it harm the device like for example motherboard , processor , ram , bios ect... or it wont harm anything to my laptop. !!

It won't harm. But windows 10 support is ended and it's better to stay on windows 11. If you want to make it light then just optimize it. I personally don't recommend going to windows 10 because it lack security updates, performance enhancement, etc.
