I'd like to know if there is a possibility of replacing the CPU and GPU on this device. It has been lagging behind on new games. I'm mainly wondering if it's a soldered in CPU or not and what port type it is if it's not soldered in.

You have to buy a new system board (if available). If you wish, please use the list on page 58 of the following Guide

Note: You have to pay for
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU with integrated video,
(c) Dedicated Video card,
(d) Operating system (you can't reuse old license).
All above 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board
