I see you are experiencing CPU issues with the HP Pavilion 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Enable or Disable Fast Startup
Open the Control Panel from the Start menu.
- Control Panel Icon.
- “System and Security” option.
- “Power Options” button.
- “Choose what to do” option.
- “Change settings that are unavailable” option.
- Enable or Disable Fast Startup using Control Panel.
