Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15 (2Y3L7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my laptop a few months ago but I have a major problem with my cpu temps and usage that spikes every 10th second. I have tried to minimize this with cooling and waht not but it has come to the point that it affects performance during gaming. 

 

I usually see temps that jump around 20C and then return to original value within a fraction of a second. I cannot find a ceartain answer and my next option is to have a store check it out, but that may be expensive. This is how my CPU graphs look.

Beyond this I have had trouble getting Omen Gaming Hub to change my fan speed, sometimes I can change it but sometimes it is stubborn. I am therefore worried that it might affekt the lifespan of my cpu, if I cannot keep it cool. 


If anyone has a good solotion to any of these problem I would gratefully try them:)
