Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI 

recently as I was about to stream a game on youtube, I noticed that my games use 100% cpu even when I'm not doing much.

Due to this I am unable to stream . Few examples of games I play are GTAV , Fortnite, PUBG, cs:go etc. All of them when launched use 100% cpu for some reason

 

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

16GB DDR4 RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650

Windows 10 pro (v 20H2)
