HP OMEN 15-en0039nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So lately fans in my Omen started to run at max rpm all the time despite the fact that the CPU temperatures are low. I installed all the available updates and nothing changed. I checked the CPU clocks and noticed that they are boosting all the time to 4,1 without a reason (CPU ussage in range of 3-6%) and that probably causes the fans to run at max all the time. So is there a way to fix this? disable the constant boost somehow, couse that thing is freaking me out ?

Edit:

I've also run CPU and fan tests, CPU test Turned out positive but in the middle of the thermal fan test my laptop just turns off

Hi@Kowalasi,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.

That' s the problem it wasnt overheating at all. Cpu temps were reaching 40C max. The fan wouldnt go off when changing settings in the control center. But fortunetly the issue resolved itself. Next day i turned on my PC and it worked fine.
