CPU gets too hot while playing

HP Recommended
HP Omen i7-9750H CPU 2.60GHz
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, so those are my laptop specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 9750H  2.60 GHz
  • RAM:  16GB
  • Graphics: 1920x1080 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti  - 144Hz Refresh Rate

I bought it on March 2020 and the laptop has all the latest updates.

So while playing with some games like CoD Modern Warfare and Fallout 4 I`ve seen that the CPU temperature was always between 90 C / 97 C with the comfort performance applied.

I know that laptops are most used to get hotter while playing and the`re specifically supposed to work with this kind of high temperatures but what I want to know if there is any possibility that I`m going to ruin my PC keeping playing with these high stats. I have attached some screenshots taken while playing for 20 or less minutes on Modern Warfare. I just wanna say that even the high temperature the games isn`t laggy or else, and after playing it cools down well. Anyway, I`ve never experienced shutdowns so far.

Any recommendations? Thank in advance!
