Hi @Anu2Muna,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error “NoCamerasAreAttached” on your Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15 means Windows isn’t detecting the built-in camera at all (either the driver is missing, disabled, or the camera module is disconnected internally).

Toggle Camera Key

  • Press the webcam key on your keyboard (usually F8/F10) to turn the camera ON.
  • Check if the camera works in the Camera app.

Check Device Manager

  • Right-click Start → Device Manager → Cameras.
  • If camera is disabled, right-click → Enable.
  • If missing, go to the next step.

Reinstall Driver

  • In Device Manager, right-click camera → Uninstall device → Restart.
  • Or download the driver here: HP Drivers → search your exact laptop model → install Camera driver.

Check Privacy Settings

  • Settings → Privacy & security → Camera → turn ON for device and apps.

Hardware Reset

  • Shut down → unplug power → hold power button 15 sec → restart → check camera.

Hardware Issue

  • If still “NoCamerasAreAttached,” run HP Hardware Diagnostics → Camera test.
  • If it fails, the camera may need repair.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
