Well, my question is in the title.

I dont know why this information isn't easily found.

Please tell me, can I add more SSD and more RAM to my laptop? (Omen 15 dc1003nj)

I mean, are there empty slots?

The specs of your machine is

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06364898

1. RAM: It has  16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 16 GB) now and supports 32GB (2 x 16GB) max. You can add SAME existing RAM to slot 2 (I believe it is Samsung RAM) or using the following compatible RAM

             https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct16g4sfd8266/ct12477014

2. STORAGE: It has  256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD, you have 2 options

       (a) Replace (simple) 256GB with 512GB or 1TB (or more) using

               https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/970-evo-nvme-m2-ssd/MZ-V7E2T0BW/
               https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-p2-ssd
              https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-p5-ssd
                 Or similar from reputable vendors.
                           One example

                                  https://www.crucial.com/ssd/p5/ct1000p5ssd8/ct18123722

      (b) Add (more work) 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD to your machine but you need to buy additional parts

  •              Hard drive cable connector part # 929450-001
  •               Hard drive brackets part # 929561-001

Regards.
