Can I add a HDD

I recently purchased a hp pavilion 15-cx0013ns and i was wondering if it was possible to add a 1 TB HDD since it comes with only a 256 GB ssd

Yes you can, but you will probably have to also purchase the cable and brackets to connect the drive with.

You will have to open the case to make sure.

No it wont, but any damage done or the additional hardware will be covered. If you send it in for warranty, only the original hardware should be installed.
