Your machine could be one of the following machines
It has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port and uses 200 W Smart AC power adapter
The USB-C port does NOT support Power Delivery therefore you can't even use 200W (or above) USB-C charger to charge your machine.
