Hello,

 

I purchased my laptop in India and am currently in Germany. Can I get my laptop fan cleaned under warranty coverage here? Is this service available internationally?

Warranty is a grey/gray area, very hard to say in concrete. For new generation machines, adding something or fixing something is a work for Authorized Service Provider parts .

However you can do yourself. If something went wrong due to this work, I think HP would not honor warranty.


Hope this makes sense.
