I just want to know if GTA V would run me in this Notebook and in what quality

That system is not a gaming system. But technically it will run the game, just not ideally.

You'll have to run the settings on normal to low and you probably wont be averaging 60 fps, but it will play the game.

Check out some of the comparison reviews on You Tube to get a better idea...
