They sell compatible memory and NVMe drives for your PC.

I have no doubt that you can do that as well.
Below is the link to the service manual for the older cb0000 model series with the 9th gen core processors, and chapter 1 of the manual indicates that 32 GB of memory is supported.

If it is supported in the Intel 9th gen core models, it has to be supported in the Intel 10th gen core models.
