Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if I could use the Thunderbolt 3 port on my HP Omen 15 ( serial no. : [edited]) to charge my laptop on the go.

Short answer... no. You would need to use the AC charger that it came with. The Thunderbolt port would not be able to supply enough power as the 150w charger will.
