Yes to both. You can add up to 16 GB of memory (2x8GB) of 2133 Mhz DDR4 ram.
It supposedly has one stick of 8GB 1866 speed in it now. If you are going to simply add another stick, you need to match the timings of whats there now. Use a tool like Speccy to read the current ram timings.
You can also add an NVMe M.2 drive, but it wont run at full speed because the slot is also set up for Sata.
It would be cheaper to use a Sata M.2 drive anyway. You wont see a physical difference with the OS.
