Product: OMEN Laptop 17-cb0050nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have removed the 10 screws securing the backplate to the laptop and began gently prying it off starting from the upper left corner. Once I reached the bottom left corner, it became impossible to lift.

did you proceed as indicated here, with the necessary tools?

Maintenance and Service Guide

Insert a plastic tool between the bottom cover and the computer chassis (1), and then flex and lift the edge of the bottom cover enough to separate it from the computer (2).
