Hi, I'm from India, I ordered HP Pavilion 15.6 gaming laptop from Flipkart, I didn't satisfied with display, some colors and drop shadows are not accurate. Even I compared this doubt with my very old dell laptop, another monitors, other laptops. Then differences caught. I applied for replacement. HP technician visited (the experience was very bad) the very first thing he did was took photos of all the system information before even asking the problem. Talked with someone in call, he said whether it is activated or not, technician said no. And He took some photos and asked me the issue. And orally said 'this system has no issues' without understanding the problem i'm addressing. And after a day, my system fan is running very fast and loud. I'm just browsing. No gaming or apps have been installed. Now I'm really suspecting him, are there any chances that someone could hack remotely with my system information.

When a hacker took control of your machine, he/she can do anything including F* keys.
