I have been struggling for hours and I can't change my laptop keyboard colors. It worked when I first got my laptop last year, I could change 4 zones (left, center, right and WASD), they were originally all red, and I have them on my own modified rainbow right now. I can turn the lights on and off with the keyboard button, but I can't change it. I reinstalled all the HP programs, I updated the drivers, I have searched online, I have no idea how to get it working. When I open up HP Omen Control it looks different than it used to, and also, when i click to change the colors, is doesn't change the keyboard at all. Someone pllllease help ❤️
(I have no idea when it stopped working because I haven't tried to change my keyboard colors in over 8 months.)

Okay, so this fixed my keyboarding lighting issue, I can now change them again, but now I can't change my desktop background. When I try to select a picture to set, it lets me browse for it and select it, or select one from the built in list, but when i click on one it just makes the background black and asks me to choose a color. I also tried selecting a theme and that didn't work either.
