Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Well ever since i bought the laptop i've been trying to find out how to set the fan speed manually, well i'm using the omen gaming app and under performance control i can only set fans to either out or max but can't set to a specific value. I don't know if this is a bug or you just can't set it on the laptop which i find really annoying.
