Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't log into my computer. The Error message at the locked screen says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your pin again." I did, and Microsoft offered to send a verification code to a phone # I no longer have.  I have another phone number on my Microsoft account, plus my email address, but I wasn't offered these options.

My computer doens't give me the option to press "sign in options"- Ctrl Alt Delete doesn't work at the locked screen.
