Hello, 

I'm new here. Just got my omen gaming laptop and I'm aware it has a backlit feature. What I don't understand is the option of changing the colour of the keyboard light isn't available in the omen command center. I was tempted to do upgrade because I assume that's the problem but I decided to wait and see if I can get help from hp.

Does the keyboard on your machine have 4-zone colors ?

 

          light colors.png

 

It not then your machine does not have Lighting feature/option in OCC
