Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000
Windows 11 24H2, 64-bit.

My main administrator account been set as a "temporary profile." I've tried to take it to a local repair shop but I live in Japan and they said they can't fix it and it might be a driver or program problem. What should I do? I will  try to take it an Exchange (American department shop inside an American military base) since I bought it there tomorrow, but I'm not really sure if they can fix it. 

I've created another user account so I've been using that but I wanna solve the main root of the issue so it won't happen again. I've tried resetting and startup repairing but it won't let me do it. It just said it "couldn't" do those.
