HP Omen 15 5012tx

I'm trying to re install HP Soloutions network framwork and It tells me I need to find a specific .msi file but I don't have it.

Then I recieve this message...

Is the .msi file above avaliable for me to download on the official HP website?

I'm also having trouble opening HP support assisstant program because it seems to not be opening at all everytime I double click it. I thought it had to do something with hp support soloutions framework and I can't update the program because I get the same message that I need a .msi file.

Everything was working fine before...

Even though I can't unistall the previous version and this installs a newer version it's fine by me. Also I'm just having a slight problem trying to open HP support assisstant program because everytime I double click on it, nothing happens.

That isn't the problem. I've installed the new one dozens of times but everytime it tells me it's done installing...I can't even open it. Is the icon suppose to be in my task bar by the way? It's not showing up as usal in the task bar anymore..
