Can the Ram on the HP Victus 16.1" Gaming Laptop 16-r0153TX be upgraded from 32Gb to 64Gb?

Yes, you can upgrade to 64GB. You can use the following steps to see its max

 

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

    This will open the command prompt.

 

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

    From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

Hi.  I don't think i have the option of clicking "Run as administrator" on this website.

Oh, you mean on the laptop itself.  I haven't received it yet.  I have been told by HP i should reject the delivery so it is returned and i receive a refund.  They say it may not be upgradeable and doing so would void warranty.

If it cannot be upgraded i need to move on another laptop asap.
